Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the applicable product conditions.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and unworn.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Original tags, packaging, and accessories, wherever applicable, must be intact.

Products that have been damaged, washed, altered, stained, or used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature. Please contact our team before sending any product back.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

Reason for return or exchange

Clear photographs or videos of the product, where required

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not ship any product back without receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request clear photographs and/or an unboxing video to verify the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or applicable refund, subject to product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

After the refund is initiated, the amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Maximum expected refund TAT: 7–12 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

For eligible COD orders, refunds may be processed through a suitable bank account or UPI payment method after the customer provides the required payment details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders can generally be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

For products received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Antrang by Nesta will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
